What we collect

• Scan requests: the URL you submit and a hashed form of your IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention only — never stored in raw form).
• Lead capture (optional): if you ask for a report by email, we store your email address, the scanned URL, and your explicit consent with a timestamp.

Lawful basis

Scanning: legitimate interest in providing the requested tool. Marketing email: your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Leads are purged after 24 months without engagement. Scan records are retained for service operation and anonymised statistics.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email hello@datavision.ie to exercise any right or to withdraw consent.
